As a young men I wanted to become a “homo universales”.
At the age of 25 I got in contact with Jan Hoet. He was interested in my approach and gave me the chance to take part in the “(my private) Heroes” exhibition in the Marta Herford museum under his curation. Two years later I was selected for the Canvas Collection which was held at the Bozar in Brussels. I was rewarded by the jury for my submission with a third place in the competition. Nowadays I work on drawings in my spare time.
